In accordance with the legend, a woman named Sushila who later obtaining the understanding of Lord Anant's vow took a vow which made her really wealthy. Sushila was completely dedicated supporting her vow, and she was able to follow all of the rituals seriously. 1 day her husband discovered her worshiping Ananta.

He insisted that the riches and happiness is a result of hard work and commitment. Poverty struck them, plus they'd faced hard times of the life. These miseries made Shushila's husband recognized his error of never cherishing Lord's kindness. Sushila's husband spent his lifetime in pursuit of Lord Anant.

Disappointed with his efforts in locating him, he chose to give his life up. Unexpectedly Lord Anant appeared ahead of him as a Brahmin and guided him to stick to the rituals. Kaundinya took care of all of the rituals and e completed the rituals, took a vow and worshiped Lord Anant. Their lifestyle again full of abundant happiness and wellness.
